Jeff Martin and his business partner/wife, Tracie, moved to Colorado in 1996 leaving behind the hustle and bustle of a big city and jobs behind computer screens and corporate lifestyles. Today they are both involved in the local community and operate two animal related businesses, Dog Sled Rides of Winter Park and a retail store called Mountain Dawg Outfitters which caters to grand County’s beloved animals. Jeff began his real estate career with King’s Foot and enjoys working with investors wanting to renovate or build their investment dreams.
