Grand County Foreclosure Auction Rules
- Sales are generally scheduled for Fridays.
- Sales are generally scheduled for 10:00 a.m.
- Sales are held in the Office of the Grand County Public Trustee.
- Bidders must be present to bid.
- Bidders' funds must be verified by the Public Trustee’s Office before the sale begins.
- Funds must be one of the following: Cash, Cashier’s check drawn on a Colorado Bank, Electronic bank transfer.
- All payments must be made at the time of the sale.
